Studies

Lawyer at the Bucharest Bar since 2008, being also a graduate of the National Institute of Professional Training of Lawyers.

In the first years as a lawyer I worked in the private sphere of law, namely civil litigation. Therefore, my studies were enriched, within the same faculty, with a Master of Private Law as well as with other post-graduate studies of Civil Law.

However, in the last ten years I have worked exclusively in the field of criminal law, so my continuous development culminated in doctoral studies in the field of criminal law, within the Faculty of Law, Babes-Bolyai University, under the coordination of the distinguished professor Gheorghita Mateut.

In 2020 I graduated “with great distinction” from the doctoral school, obtaining the title of doctor in law, with the thesis “Extraordinary Remedies in Criminal Proceedings”

The thesis has been published by Universul Juridic Publishing House in 2022, in the Collection “Library of criminal law and criminal procedural law”.
